The US provides humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan

In the south of Kyrgyzstan as a result of the unrests the number of the victims has grown reaching 191. 1971 people has asked for medical aid, 957 people get treatment at hospitals, the head of the press service of the Healthcare Ministry of Kyrgyzstan Yelena Bayalinova told the sources.

Kyrgyzstan is mourning Since Wednesday. The United States have provided 32 267 million dollar aid to Kyrgyzstan promising to increase the amount in soon.

«The USA is deeply concerned with the situation that exists in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and carefully follows how the situation gets developed. The United States support the efforts of the international peacekeepers as well as providing the humanitarian aid which coordinate the UNO and other international organizations,» the US State department release reads.

Russia released a preliminary estimate for 2011 GDP growth on Tuesday - and at 4.3 per cent, it looks pretty healthy. The figure crept ahead of analyst expectations, buoyed by a strong recovery in consumer demand over the year, while 2010 growth was revised upwards, also to 4.3 per cent. Renaissance Capital was cautiously bullish, calling the forecast 'reason for a (modest) celebration'.
